He leverages the relationships and experience he has gained in over 25 years working in utilities, site design, and development to deliver exceptional homesites for JK Monarch.

Rick has over 20 years’ experience in the finance and accounting arena. He is well versed in measuring the results of an organization’s economic activities and conveys this information to a variety of users, including investors, creditors, management, and regulators. He has many years of experience in the construction industry and will track builder trends to improve efficiencies and provide the best financial outcome for JK Monarch.
